What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and the role you select. That's it — no account, no wallet connection, no tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To confirm your signup (double opt-in) and hold your place on the founding list.
- To send occasional development updates and launch news.
- Never sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing.
Who processes it
Email delivery and list storage are handled by Resend (resend.com), and this site is served by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Analytics — what we count, and what we refuse to
We run our own analytics. No Google, no Meta, no advertising networks, no third-party scripts of any kind, and no cookies.
- What we record: the page visited, the website that referred you (hostname only — never the full link), any campaign tag in the link you clicked, your country, whether you're on mobile or desktop, roughly how long the page was open, and how far down you scrolled.
- What we never store: your IP address, your full browser string, your name, or anything that identifies you personally.
- How we count returning visitors: a scrambled one-way code made from your connection details plus a secret that changes every day. It lets us count how many people visited today without knowing who they are — and tomorrow the code is different, so we can't follow anyone across days.
You can't be identified from any of it, and none of it is sold or shared.
Your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click removes you.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time: posse@agentposse.com. We honor applicable rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws.
Retention & security
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until the waitlist is retired. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to the operator.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll update this page as the product grows (accounts, payments, and wallet features will require a fuller policy). Material changes will be noted to the list.
