What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and the role you select. That's it — no account, no wallet connection, no tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To confirm your signup (double opt-in) and hold your place on the founding list.
• To send occasional development updates and launch news.
• Never sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing.

Who processes it

Email delivery and list storage are handled by Resend (resend.com), and this site is served by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We use cookie-less, aggregate analytics to count visits.

Your choices

• Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click removes you.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time: posse@agentposse.com. We honor applicable rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws.

Retention & security

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until the waitlist is retired. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to the operator.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page as the product grows (accounts, payments, and wallet features will require a fuller policy). Material changes will be noted to the list.
