1. Acceptance

By using agentposse.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. What this Site is

The Site describes software in development and operates a waitlist. Nothing here is an offer of securities, investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of product features, timelines, or outcomes.

3. No warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT POSSE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES OR LOST PROFITS — ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.

5. Donations

Donations accepted through the Site are voluntary gifts supporting development. They are non-refundable and confer no tokens, equity, product access, services, or other consideration of any kind.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Site: no scraping the waitlist endpoints, no attempting to disrupt service, no unlawful use. We may block abusive traffic.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and the Agent Posse name are owned by the operator. No license is granted except to view the Site.

8. Eligibility & sanctions

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 or to persons in jurisdictions where its content would be unlawful, including persons subject to applicable sanctions programs.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
