Risk Disclosure

Read this before using Agent Posse or acting on anything published here.
1. Trading digital assets is high risk
Cryptocurrencies and other digital assets are extremely volatile. Prices can move violently and without warning. You can lose some or all of the money you trade. Never trade funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
2. Agent Posse is software, not advice
Agent Posse is a software tool that executes strategies configured and authorized by its user. It is not an investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or money manager, and it does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. No content on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Decisions and outcomes are yours.
3. Automated and agentic systems carry their own risks
Autonomous software can behave unexpectedly: bugs, network failures, exchange or protocol outages, failed or partial transaction routes, oracle errors, latency, slippage, and smart-contract exploits can all cause losses. Risk-tier gates and permission controls reduce, but can never eliminate, these risks.
4. Hypothetical and simulated performance
If this site displays any backtested, simulated, or paper-trading results, the following applies:
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
5. Past performance never guarantees future results
Any performance information — real, paper, or simulated — describes the past. Markets change. Nothing here promises, projects, or implies future returns.
6. Non-custodial design; your keys, your responsibility
Agent Posse does not take custody of user funds. You are responsible for the security of your own wallets, keys, and connected accounts, and for every permission you grant. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
7. Regulatory uncertainty
Digital-asset laws and regulations differ by jurisdiction and change quickly. You are responsible for ensuring your use of trading software is lawful where you live. Agent Posse is not available to persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions or in prohibited jurisdictions.
8. Development status
Agent Posse is in active development. Features described on this site may change or never ship. Descriptions of planned functionality are not commitments.
